Because we cut out the most expensive part of retail jewelry: the retail store itself. We work directly with the manufacturer that produces the settings—this is where most jewelry store markup lives. There's no showroom rent, no commissioned sales staff, and no layers of middlemen. It's a family business, and we keep margins intentionally low.

No. The quality comes from the same sources used by major retailers. Our manufacturer is one of the largest in California: they use CAD to program rings for the finest jewelry stores nationwide. Traditional stores have to support overhead. We don't. You're paying for the ring, not the building it's sold in.

We sell Both. Lab-grown diamonds offer the biggest savings because the industry margins are much wider here, which allows us to pass on substantial value. Natural diamonds are also available. Although savings on the stone are more modest due to narrow margins from suppliers, we will still save you money.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. The only difference is how they're formed—one underground over millions of years, the other in a controlled environment over weeks.

Typically about two weeks from final design approval to completion. We don't rush quality—but we don't drag things out either.

Yes. This is all about your perfect ring. That's why we ask you to find your perfect ring before you start the process with us. Settings, stones, size, and details can all be tailored. We will also offer you advice because we know the business. This is a one-time deal (hopefully) for you!

No. What we quote is what you pay. No surprise add-ons, no inflated appraisals to justify pricing, no shipping and insurance (it's all covered in our fee).

If brand name and showroom experience matter most, a traditional retailer makes sense. If value, transparency, and direct access matter more, that's where we shine.

Because real work starts immediately. That $100 covers our time and labor while we work directly with you and our manufacturer—reviewing options, sourcing stones, confirming pricing, and coordinating design details. This isn't automated or outsourced. It's hands-on, and that deposit ensures we're dedicating real time to a serious project.

Because once production starts, real costs are incurred. The 50% deposit covers the ring itself once we begin manufacturing. At that point, materials are ordered and the process is underway. This is standard practice for custom jewelry and protects both sides by confirming commitment before irreversible work begins.

The initial $100 deposit covers labor already performed and is non-refundable. It will be applied toward the purchase price, however. The 50% production deposit is tied to custom work and materials once manufacturing begins. We're transparent about timing and approvals so there are no surprises. If for some reason the "big day" doesn't happen, we will take your ring back, sell it for you, and return any leftover to you.
